Rates and Insurance

Individual, couple, and family therapy appointment fees vary based on session length and therapist. We accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, CO Medicaid (CCHA and CoAccess), and United. For those insurances which we do not accept, we are happy to provide you with a superbill so that you can seek out-of-network benefits. At times We also have a limited number of sliding scale/reduced fee spots for those looking for low-cost, high-quality counseling options, with our current intern.

We know that it can be difficult to know which questions to ask your insurance company, so please use the following forms while you call to gather information on co-pays, deductibles, and possible out-of-network coverage. The form is available in word and pdf.
