Linda Stilling, MS,
LMFT
I’m Linda Stilling, Owner, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and AAMFT Supervisor. I received my Masters of Science in Applied Family & Child Studies from Northern Illinois University in 2007, and finished up coursework at Edgewood College in Wisconsin.
I’m a wife, mother of three children, who refuse to stay small, and a pup named Monty. In my free time I enjoy being outside hiking and camping, researching yoga class times (they sometimes even make it on my calendar!), and sewing.
Professionally, I spent many years as a therapist in an intensive in-home family therapy program in Wisconsin. I’ve also run therapy groups for elementary and middle school students, and support groups for parents. I have experience in divorce and life transitions, depression, anxiety, and trauma, to name a few.
I believe that successful therapy is in the relationship, and through that relationship I strive to help you find and illuminate your strengths. Those strengths are what got you to where you are today and they will help guide you into the future. I believe that we all have a light inside of us, and sometimes we just need a little support to let it shine.
I am currently Licensed in Colorado, Wisconsin, and Texas.
